Tracing the Inner Yes is a focused, experiential sitting designed to help you recognize and identify the quiet truth already present in your body. We move beyond cognitive analysis and into the physical process of acknowledging an 'Inner Yes' before the mind has the language to explain it. The goal of this session is to normalize the tension between knowing what is true and not yet knowing what comes next. By practicing this internal orientation, we build the somatic capacity to stay grounded while a new direction is still forming.
