Booking + Service Policy

This page outlines the policies, boundaries, and expectations for working together. Please read carefully before booking any service. By scheduling a session or enrolling in a service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the policies below.
1. Scope of Practice & Disclaimer
All services offered through this website are non-clinical, non-medical, and non-therapeutic in nature.
This work is designed to support nervous system awareness, embodied decision-making, personal sovereignty, and integrative life transitions. While sessions may feel therapeutic, they are not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, or crisis support.
I do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.
Clients are responsible for seeking appropriate licensed care (medical, psychological, psychiatric, or legal) when needed. This work may be used alongside therapy or medical care but does not replace it.
If you are experiencing acute mental health distress, active crisis, or require clinical intervention, this work may not be appropriate at this time.
2. Service Package Requirements
All full service packages require a Holistic Discovery Consult or Sacred Strategy discovery session before booking their corresponding service packages.
These sessions serve to:
Clarify your intentions and needs
Assess readiness, pacing, and scope
Ensure alignment between you and the service requested
Fees for the Holistic Discovery and Sacred Strategy sessions can be applied to the cost of the full service package if scheduled and paid for within 24 hrs of the Holistic Discovery and 48 hrs of the Sacred Strategy Session.
Credits will not be issued for service packages scheduled outside of the initial 24hrs and 48hrs windows.
3. Sacred Strategy + Holistic Discovery Sessions
Sacred Strategy and Holistic Discovery sessions are complete standalone professional sessions and may be booked as a single, one time session. These sessions are designed for individuals who:
want clarity about their situation but are not ready for a longer commitment
need grounded discernment before deciding your next step
want a structured, reflective check-in or reset point
Relationship to Full Service Packages
A Sacred Strategy session is required before Spiritual Midwifery or Nervous System Recalibration packages.
A Holistic Discovery session is required before the Holistic Coaching + Earth Medicine package.
Booking a Sacred Strategy or Holistic Discovery does not obligate you to purchase a full service package or membership.
4. Fees + Payments
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. For multi-session or ongoing service packages, payment terms will be clearly outlined at the time of booking or contract agreement. Prices are subject to change at any time. Existing clients will not be affected by price changes for services already booked or contracted. All payments are processed by Arrow & Root East LLC.
5. Refunds + Cancellation
Because of the proprietary nature, labor, and accessibility of this work, all refunds and cancellations are governed by the 24-hr booking window and 48-hours session cut-off rule described in the following policies:
Initial 24-hr Booking Window (1:1 Sessions, Packages, Ongoing Containers)
You may cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the time of booking for a refund. Approved refunds will be issued minus processing fees, platform fees, and convenience fees (8%), and applicable taxes within 14 calendar days of refund approval. Refunds + cancellations are processed during regular business hours M-Th only. We do not review or process refund requests on any federally recognized holiday or on weekends (Fri-Sun). Before approving a refund, we may reach out for additional information about your request. After 24 hours, payments are considered earned and non-refundable.
48 hour Cancellation Cut off (1:1 Sessions, Packages, Ongoing Containers)
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable, and the session is considered forfeited.
Once a service is initiated, no refunds will be issued. If the service is cancelled mid-session or mid-package (ex. 1 out of 4 sessions completed), you may cancel the remaining scheduled session without refund.
Memberships
Memberships are billed on a month-month, recurring basis until cancelled by us or you. Membership feesare debited from your account on file each month on or around the same day that your membership began. Mid-cycle cancellations should be made at least 3 days before your next billing date to avoid new charges. You may cancel your membership at any time to prevent future charges. Past payments are non-refundable.
6. Attendance + Rescheduling
All services are virtual sessions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual service description. Following payment completion, you will receive a personal link to schedule your session. Your session must be scheduled within 48 hours of link generation. Once the link expires you will no longer be able to schedule your session and will need to contact us at arrowandrooteast@gmail.com to request a new link. New link requests are not guaranteed and we reserve the right to decline your request without refund or require a re-booking fee ($25).
By purchasing a service and scheduling a session you agree to log into your virtual sessions on time and to attend the session in its entirety unless communicated otherwise ahead of time. Anticipated tardiness that falls outside of the 10 minute grace period should be communicated via email at least 24 hrs before your session time. If you anticipate that you will be more than 15 minutes late, a reschedule will be required. Sessions that start late will not be extended to accommodate missed time. Failing to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be forfeited without refund or credit issued.
Rescheduling requests must be made via email at least 24 hours when possible barring emergencies or extenuating circumstances.
Late Cancellations and Refunds
Late cancellations (cancellations made within 1 hour of the start of a session) may be rescheduled once. The session must be rescheduled at the time of cancellation or within 24 hours of cancelled appointment. Sessions not rescheduled within this window will be forfeited. Late cancellations are non-refundable, without exception. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations will result in termination of all future booking privileges. We reserve the right to cancel any pending services without refund, at our discretion.
7. Client Responsibility + Readiness
This work requires personal responsibility, self-honesty, and active participation. Thus in working with us, you understand that you are responsible for:
Communicating openly and respectfully
Honoring your own limits and capacity
Seeking additional support when needed
This work is not designed to “fix” you or bypass necessary real-world supports.
Clients are responsible for tracking their scheduled appointment time and submitting any cancellation or rescheduling request via the booking platform at least 48 hours before their session. Cancellation or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours must be submitted in writing to us at arrowandrooteast@gmail.com
8. Confidentiality
All sessions are held with care and discretion. Information shared will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law or if there is a credible risk of harm to yourself or others.
9. Right to Refuse or Terminate Services
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if:
The work falls outside our scope of practice
Boundaries are repeatedly violated
The container no longer feels safe, aligned, or appropriate
In such cases, referrals to other forms of support may be offered.
10. Acknowledgment
By booking a service, enrolling in a membership, or continuing into a container, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
