A woman with curly hair is lying on a beige armchair in a cozy, sunlit living room, reading a book. She is wearing comfortable, light-colored pajamas. There are green plants on the window sill and surrounding the room, a steaming cup on a table nearby, and soft natural light illuminating the space.

Deepen Capacity. Restore Coherence

These offerings are designed to help you move toward liberation at a pace that honors your body, spirit, and lived experience. Each pathway supports a different layer of the work – and all of them center dignity, agency, and alignment.

Boundaries & Scope of Care

This work is transformational, but its not therapy or crisis care. To protect your nervous system, your autonomy, and the integrity of this space, I hold clear boundaries around the scope and intention of my role.

Before You Book

The following FAQS are offered to help you discern whether this work is the right support for you at this time. Please take a moment to review them. They are here to anchor clarity around scope, expectations, and fit-so that entering this work feels informed, intentional, and supportive on both sides.

  • We focus on capacity-building, nervous system awareness, liberation-centered embodiment, spiritual grounding, patterns and sovereign choice-making, not diagnosis or symptom treatment. The work helps you notice when you’re bracing, collapsing, over-extending, or abandoning self — and cultivate responses rooted in clarity and anchored agency.

  • No. This work is not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, or a substitute for licensed clinical care. It may feel therapeutic, but it is not therapy.

  • People who are resourced enough to engage in reflective, liberatory growth work and are not in active crisis, acute instability, or needing clinical intervention

    • Crisis intervention or emergency support

    • Trauma processing, exposure work, or clinical treatment

    • Legal, medical, or financial advising

    • Spiritual bypassing, toxic positivity, or pressure to “fix it fast”

  • Each offering approaches liberation and regulation through a different doorway. You may engage one pathway- or move organically between them as your capacity and season evolve. Not sure where to start? Schedule a Sacred Strategy Session.

  • Those currently in acute crisis, experiencing active clinical symptoms that require therapeutic support, or seeking diagnostic treatment should work with a licensed therapist or medical provider — and may participate here in addition if they have the proper support in place.

  • No prep needed-come as you are. Each service begins with an initial consult. This session helps us establish clarity, pacing, and alignment before moving into the primary work. The consult is included in the service fee and will take place during the first session. Read our Booking + Service policy here.
