Guided experiential mapping for the Internal Shift

Somatic Circles are focused, 60-minute experiential sessions designed to help you orient your nervous system to a specific internal landscape. While Porchlight Sessions are open and unscripted, these sittings provide a structured container to practice the mechanics of somatic mapping. Through themed discussions, guided reflection, and directed prompts, we move beyond simply noticing the internal signal and begin the gentle excavation of its identity. We aren't here to 'fix' the confusion or rush a resolution; we are here to build the capacity to stay present with a truth while it is still forming.

These titrated, one-hour gatherings are for those who are ready for a deeper, guided encounter with their own 'inner yes.' Whether we are tracing the anatomy of a shift or mapping a truth that your body is alerting to, these sittings offer a grounded bridge between a felt sensation and the clarity that follows.
