This policy exists to support clarity, safety, and integrity within all membership spaces. By joining, you agree to the following terms.

Membership Participation Policy

1. Nature of the Membership Space

Membership spaces are:

  • Educational

  • Reflective

  • Integrative somatic & spiritual

  • Poly-Vagal, nervous-system-informed

  • Community-centered

They are not therapy, crisis support, or medical care. While the structure and scopes of service can complement your professional care plan, they are not a replacement for licensed professional medical and mental health care. Members are responsible for tending to their own capacity and seeking outside support when needed.

2. Participation & Community Care

Members agree to:

  • Engage respectfully and with care

  • Honor confidentiality within the space

  • Avoid unsolicited advice, diagnosing, or fixing

  • Refrain from promoting, spamming, and soliciting

  • Allow others their own pace and process

Disruptive, harmful, or boundary-crossing behavior will result in removal and permanent membership ban without refund.

3. Scope of Support

Membership content may include:

  • Written or audio content

  • Toolkits (combined format resources), written resources, and guided practices (live or recorded)

  • Live or recorded content

  • Downloadable, non-reproducible, intellectual property to included but not limited to: pdfs, templates, guides, and graphics.

  • Office hours, events, members-only co-regulation gatherings and workshops (where applicable)

This support is not individualized treatment and does not replace professional care.

4. Intellectual Property

All membership materials are for personal use only. Sharing, reproducing, or redistributing content outside the membership space is not permitted and will be pursued and litigated to the fullest extent. Without exception.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. Canceling your membership prevents future charges but does not issue retroactive refunds. If a technical error or duplicate charge occurs, please reach out via email for resolution. For further information on refunds and cancellations, please view the Terms & Conditions of Use policy here.

6. Right to Refuse or End Membership

We reserve the right to:

  • Restrict membership access

  • Remove a member and cancel existing membership

  • Restrict or decline future membership enrollment

At any time, with or without cause, at our discretion. Reasons for removal or restricted access include but are not limited to:

  • Member participation that compromises the integrity, safety, or trust of the space

  • Misuse or unauthorized use of membership content

  • Misuse of membership privileges include but not limited to sharing login information

  • Spamming

  • Promoting and soliciting non-Arrow & Root East LLC products, businesses, events, frameworks, or similar without the explicit authorization of Arrow & Root East LLC in writing.

Refunds will not be issued. Without exception.

7. Promotion & Solicitation

To protect relational safety, reduce noise, and keep this space focused on shared support rather than promotion, members may not promote, advertise, solicit, or endorse any external business, service, product, or offering while participating in any Arrow & Root East membership benefits (including posts, comments, community chat, live calls, workshops, or events) without explicit prior written approval from Arrow & Root East. Members who are practitioners or wish to share an external offering may submit a request via email with relevant details for review; submission of a request does not guarantee approval.

8. A Shared Agreement

By joining, you are entering a space held with intention, care, and boundaries. This work is most supportive when entered willingly, clearly, and with mutual respect.
